Arrived at Tangier harbor, she will tour the city before continuing on to the small, fortified city of Chefchaouen. Chefchaouen is distinguished by its architecture and by all of its blue-colored houses. It’s one of the most beautiful cities in the northern Rif. We will spend the night at Chefchaouen.

We continue our journey to Fez, the oldest imperial city in Morocco, the following morning. On our way to Midelt for the night, we will pass through the city, taking in the sights as we go toward Ifran and the vast cedar forests.

We will traverse the northern Atlas Mountains via the Ziz River Valley, stopping frequently to take in the breathtaking view of the mountains, valleys, rivers, Ziz Stream, a sizable oasis, and reserves.

In the direction of the east, we will traverse the city of Er Rachidia in the desert city of Merzouga, Sahara. We will spend the night in a hotel that is the only access point to the large dunes of Erg Chebbi. From there, you can walk among the smaller dunes to explore them.

Following breakfast and a hotel shower, we head off for a tour of the Erg Chebbi. We’ll stop at a residence and enjoy some gnawa music, which is originally from Sudan and Ghana. We will travel to some deserted mines, a nomadic Berber community, and a palm tree oasis. We returned to Merzouga around lunchtime, rested, and then made our way to the camels that were eager to take us on a safari through the sand dunes. We’ll be spending the night at a camp in the heart of the Sahara with drum music, so this is a fantastic chance to snap stunning photos of the sun setting and rising. After arriving at the camp, we headed to the high dunes to observe

Placed over the Sahara desert at dawn, followed by a camel ride back to the hotel and breakfast. We set out on our way back. After a lengthy drive back from the desert, we will spend the night in Fez exploring the city.

After breakfast departure to Tangier and transfer to your hotel or port of Tangier and end of our services.
